The candidate for the electoral district "Ali Belhouane" (Tunis I), Takwa Ghezal, promised to improve the living conditions of the region's inhabitants. She promised to develop the region's infrastructure, find a solution to the wastewater pipe system, create a public park and address the public transport network. Speaking to TAP on Monday, the 29-year-old candidate underlined that she will establish a local administration where citizens could have easy and direct access to municipal administrative services. As part of her electoral programme, she pledged to provide social housing to eligible beneficiaries.
