The Ministry of Social Affairs kicked off implementation of its first communication strategy for the period 2023-2025 under the banner "Social Tunisia: Protection, empowerment and economic and social inclusion," which aims to increase contact and communication between central, regional and local authorities. The strategy also seeks to involve the Ministry's staff and executives in all the fields in which it operates, through workshops and meetings in the regions to exchange and interact with people in vulnerable situations across the Republic, to integrate them socially and economically and to publicise the Ministry's action programmes to its partners within the country and abroad. It also aims to strengthen the sense of institutional belonging, promote institutional identity, enhance credibility and trust between the Ministry and all beneficiaries and stakeholders and build a national culture based on awareness of the importance of the sector and its close relationship with the quality of life. The strat egy involves ministries, institutions, sectoral public establishments, regional and local authorities, ministry staff and executives, technical and financial partners, civil society, social partners, journalists and the general public. The implementation of this strategy began on December 16, 2023, with the first inter-regional day between the governorates of Jendouba, Bizerte, Beja and Kef. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
