'The combined health actions made it possible to provide care to 82,926 people,' recalled the Chief Medical Officer of the Titao health district (MCD), Dr Raphaël Zoundi. Difficulties include, among other things, a lack of materials, insufficient energy sources, evacuation problems due to the inaccessibility of the land route and the minimal functioning of the laboratory and surgical antenna.
