Tunisia's junior women's handball team missed out on a place in the final of the African Women's Junior Handball Championship (September 7-14), after losing to Angola 22-28 (10-13) at the semi-finals in Monastir on Wednesday. In the final, the Angolans will face the winners of the other semi-final between Egypt and Guinea on Thursday, while the Tunisians will play for third place. The four semi-finalists qualify for the next World Cup in this category, to be held in Macedonia in 2024.
