In these painful circumstances, in the name of Their Excellencies Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, President of Faso, Head of State and Brigadier General Abdourahamane TIANI, President of the National Council for the Protection of the Fatherland, Head of State of Niger , and on my behalf, I express my sincere condolences and my deep compassion to the people of the AES Confederation, bruised by these natural disasters. I extend my wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured and implore divine mercy for the eternal rest of the souls of the deceased.
