Local elections candidates in Tozeur governorate Riadh Mahari (El Mahassen constituency/Degache delegation) and Ali Nafti (El-Hamma-2 constituency/ El Hamma Djerid delegation) presented their programmes to the citizens. Mahari promised to endeavour to the establishment of cultural spaces for young people and children, solve the water shortage issues, pave agricultural roads and improve education in the region. For his part, Nafti undertook to upgrade the infrastructure in the region, encourge launching projects and investment in the agricultural sector, set up tourist areas and improve the school transport conditions.
