Mokhtar Jebali, candidate in the local elections for the Sidi Hassine delegation, is continuing his campaign by meeting with residents of the Omar Mokhtar neighbourhood to promote his manifesto and distribute leaflets. In a statement to TAP, the candidate promised to spare no effort to find jobs for university graduates in coordination with local and regional authorities and to encourage some of them to set up private projects. He also promised to promote the local agricultural sector, to work with the Banque nationale agricole (BNA) to make loans available and facilitate their repayment, and to provide loans for the creation of private agricultural businesses. The candidate also promised to improve school transport, promote medical and paramedical clinics and improve medical services. 33 candidates are vying for the seats in the Sidi Hassine delegation.
