Social housing and the promotion of medical tourism are the main focal points of the two candidates in the locality of El Mrissa in Soliman (governorate of Nabeul), Atef Ferjani and Ali Kamoun. Candidate Atef Ferjani promised to increase social housing to locals, develop agricultural roads, and link the area to electricity and drinking water networks as well as improve health services. The candidate also pledged to provide financial assistance to small farmers and fishermen, reopenthe N128 road linking Ain Oktor to Korbous and promote medical tourism in the region. The candidate from the same locality, Ali Kamoun, reiterated that he would solve problems related to lands in the areas of El Mrissa, Korbous, Tebben and ChaSba Aoun, increase the construction of social housing, develop the Inter-urban transport and build the Korbous-Ain Oktor road so that the region serves as a leading destination for medical tourism. Both candidates are vying to win a seat on the Soliman local council. Soliman's delegation is represented in its electoral contests by 24 candidates, eight of them are with special needs.
