Belati took the opportunity to point out that his department had drawn up a programme for state farms and agricultural complexes, based mainly on governance. He pointed out that this was a temporary phase and that a short, medium and long term programme had been drawn up to ensure that state lands and complexes reached the level required to guarantee greater added value for the economic cycle and at regional level.
