The indictment division of the Court of Appeal in Sousse decided on Tuesday to postpone consideration of the Instalingo case until July 20, at the request of the public prosecutor and the defendants' lawyers, said the court's official spokesman, Hédi Khssib. The prosecution and the defendants' lawyers had appealed against the sentence handed down by the examining magistrate, who had dismissed the charges against 15 suspects and referred 36 others to the indictment division, to be released or detained, on a case-by-case basis, the same source pointed out. In September 2021, the public prosecutor ordered the opening of an investigation against Instalingo, a company specialising in digital content based in Kala Kebira (Governorate of Sousse), for attempting to change the form of government, inciting citizens to kill each other, calling for public disorder, murder and pillage, in accordance with Articles 67, 68 and 72 of the Criminal Code.
