A team of 8 ministers went yesterday Thursday evening to the Scanning Center for copies of the recruitment competitions for civil service agents, in Ouagadougou, to ensure for themselves that everything is done to guarantee security and transparency and equal opportunity for all the 2 million applications registered this year. The government delegation, led by the Minister of State, Minister of Civil Service, Labor and Social Protection, Basolma Bazié, was able to observe on the evening of Thursday, the scanning work of the copies of the candidates for the direct competitions of the civil service 2024, at the National School of Administration and Magistracy. 'We leave very edified and wish good luck to all the candidates. We reassure them in light of what we have seen, that they all have the same chance of being admitted. There is no privilege, nor possibility of fraud,' argued Minister of State Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, spokesperson for the delegation. He confided that in addition to the Defense and Secur ity Forces mobilized for the occasion, the government delegation was able to note the presence of representatives of the candidates for the various competitions who attended the operation to witness all the transparency in the scanning copies. The Minister of State in charge of Communication, Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, recognized the delicacy and importance of the task of scanning copies for the success of the organization of the competitions, adding that it is therefore appropriate to provide a certain number of amenities, including technical equipment, IT and even premises to enable the Ministry in charge of the Civil Service to further strengthen the system of recruitment of state servants. Fataf Doulkom, one of the candidates who attended the scanning of the copies, said he was reassured by the reliability and transparency of the operation. 'I have been participating in the scanning phase for several days. Every day there are candidates who also take part. With what we are seeing, I think those who deserv e the positions will be satisfied. There is a very good organization,' he confided to the communications service of the Ministry of Civil Service. The written tests for direct face-to-face Civil Service competitions took place from Saturday August 10, 2024 to Thursday August 22, 2024, in the various regional capitals.
