Two Tunisian enterprises, namely Asteelflash USI (electronics industry) and Tesca Tunisie (automotive textile), won the Outstanding and Excellent awards, respectively, at this year's Africa Kaizen Awards in the Large Organisation Category. This testifies to the remarkable level of the implementation of the Kaizenv concept - the continuous improvement of quality and productivity through low-cost action. The awards were handed by Deputy Resident Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)- Tunisia Office JOGO Rinko during a training session held recently in collaboration with the World Food Programme and the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy. The training session, which targeted 44 Libyan entrepreneurs and officials, was run by Tunisian Kaizen master trainers. Source: EN - Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
